There is nothing in the center of this piece. If you were to go inside the piece, you would find that the empty space is filled with thousands of rays of light instead of being like a traditional painting or sculpture. This phenomenon is caused by tens of thousands of holes. In other words, this piece allows you to experience the nothingness (space) made by nothingness (holes).
